Substitution Policy
On occasion, we may be unable to get the flowers shown in the piece you've chosen to send. In that instance, we will contact you to discuss options. If we cannot get in touch with you, and the delivery date/time is becoming critical, our policy is to send an arrangement equal to the value and colors of the piece ordered. We would rather have something be delivered for your occasion than to cite a communication issue.

Screens vs. real life
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, sometimes things look different in real life. We cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Not happy with our service or product?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied. If that is not the case, please call or email us - we want to make it right, and we'd rather talk about it to find out what happened than to have you be frustrated that you weren't taken care of in the way you expected.

Returns
We hope you love what you ordered. But we know that sometimes things just don't work out. Returns of unworn/unused merchandise are accepted with original receipt within 30 days of purchase date. For more information on our full return policy, click here.

Gift certificates
Some people are just hard to shop for. Or maybe you'd prefer that they pick something that they really would enjoy. We do offer gift certificates for use in the store, and they do not expire, as well as an option for online gifting. Please contact us for more information about this.

Charitable giving
We truly love our community. From the local high school arts programs, Fondy Idol, to local veterans, we're proud to help support organizations reach their goals. While we would like to be able to accommodate every donation request that we receive, we are unable to support each one. Site Security
We know credit card and internet security is of utmost importance when doing business online. We also know that small businesses are more susceptible to hacking than many larger corporations. As a result, we've taken our site security very seriously. We have partnered with FoxyCart for all online order processing, and we are proud to be fully PCI DSS compliant and registered with Visa's Global Registry of Service Providers and MasterCard's Compliant Service Provider List. We are certified by our security assessors as Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of PCI compliance and certification. (Here's our proof of compliance.)

If you prefer not to order online, please call us to place your order by phone Monday through Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm, or Saturday 8 am - 2 pm. Never send sensitive information over email.
